- You pay on a Stripe page. Link, Stripe's service, is the seller of record and adds any sales tax for your state.

What does the founding price mean?

Do I need Career Build before Desk?
No. Desk works from your current resume. You can start with either plan.
Does Desk send anything for me?
No. Desk drafts replies and tailored resumes. You review them and send them yourself, from your own email. Nothing is sent, signed or posted for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Desk: cancel any time in your account (Billing); you keep access to the end of the paid month. Every paid plan can be cancelled within three business days after purchase for a full refund; for Career Build this holds until you download or export your final documents. Career Build can also be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and have not downloaded or exported your final documents. The Terms have the details.
When does the Interview Coach Pass open?
We have not set a date. Join the waitlist, tell us when your interview is, and we will write when it opens. The free Interview Coach in Claude works today.
